TERMS OF SERVICE - Athenium Systems Ltd
1. Agreement
By using Athenium OS, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Athenium OS is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing operational, HR, and management tools.
3. Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining account security and managing users within their organisation.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are managed via Stripe
- Pricing is based on paid user seats
- Customers may adjust seats using the billing portal where enabled
5. Seat Usage Enforcement
- Each subscription includes a fixed number of paid seats
- If active users exceed purchased seats, a grace period may apply
- After the grace period, access restrictions may be enforced until the account returns to compliance
6. Payments
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe
- Failed or overdue payments may result in warnings, restricted access, or suspension
7. Cancellation
- Customers may manage cancellation through the billing portal where enabled
- Access typically continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated
8. Acceptable Use
Customers must not:
- use the system for unlawful purposes
- attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
- access data that does not belong to their organisation
9. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their business data. Athenium Systems Ltd processes that data only to provide the service.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athenium Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
